At Trestle, we are passionate about supporting newly emerging local artists and giving them a platform for their creativity, so this Spring time we welcome Billie Richardson, a local artist into the Gallery Café for her first exhibition as a solo artist!

This May Trestle Theatre will be working with professional artist and Trestle friend Bob Wright to bring drama and art together in this exciting half term holiday project. We’ll be using drama and movement skills and working with clay to create our very own living museum, with clay sculptures to share and take home at the end of the day.
This Summer holiday Trestle will be running two unique holiday programmes jam packed full of drama and games for ages 4-7 and 8-14.
Each day the participants will learn new skills from Trestle trained specialists and explore the themes in Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' to create their own story to share at the end of the week.
Trestle’s CPD courses for drama teachers, professional practitioners and workshop leaders provide a unique opportunity to develop teaching and performance skills in mask, half mask and physical theatre, as well as discovering new ways of helping students create dynamic performances.
This Easter Trestle are delighted to be offering a series of Drama workshops held here, at Trestle Arts Base.
3 days 10am - 3 am: April 4th 'Hippity Hoppity Easter', April 5th 'Mask Madness', April 6th 'The Case Of The Missing Easter Egg'.
