PROCESS Drama Club courses are designed to reflect the realities of professional acting, combining practical understanding with hands-on training.
PROCESS Drama Club return to Trestle Arts Base with a 10-week Course
Designed for actors aged 13–25, this practical and collaborative course focuses on developing the skills needed to deliver truthful, confident performances on screen. Classes are divided into two age groups:
13–17 years
18–25 years
Course Schedule
Thursdays: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturdays: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
Starting: Thursday 23rd July | End: Saturday 26th September
Across two sessions each week, students will work on:
Scene study and scene work
Character development
Script analysis
Improvisation
Audition technique
Camera performance skills
Creating professional showreel material
Led by working actors, the programme combines practical performance training with the approaches, tools and industry insights we have gained throughout our careers in film, television and theatre.
The programme will conclude with a day at Shepperton Studios.
Students will spend the day at one of the world's leading film and television studios, enjoying screenings, industry conversations and spend time on a studio lot. This unique experience offers valuable insight into the industry while celebrating the work completed throughout the course in a professional studio environment.
Whether you're looking to build confidence on camera, strengthen your acting technique or gain practical industry experience, this programme provides a supportive environment to develop your craft.

About PROCESS Drama Club
PROCESS Drama Club is a space for actors who want to understand how the industry actually works.
Alongside skill-based training, PROCESS focuses on the practical tools actors need once they step into professional environments. This includes understanding auditions, working on set and set etiquette, agents, self-employment, and the realities of building a sustainable acting career.
Founded by Stevie Basaula and Zack Morris, who met whilst working on BBC's EastEnders, PROCESS is a place actors can return to for training, resources, and ongoing development as their careers grow. Through courses, workshops, and industry-led sessions, PROCESS supports actors in feeling prepared, informed, and confident as they move through the industry.
