Does my child need to commit to every session?
As we will be working as an ensemble attendance will affect the development of the whole group’s work. Because of this, participants will be expected to commit for the full workshop.

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. In certain circumstances you may be offered credit to be used against another holiday workshop in the future. Please email Karene@trestle.org.uk to discuss.

Do we take childcare vouchers? At present we are unable to accept childcare vouchers.

How will Trestle consider the welfare of my child?
Trestle is committed to providing a safe and caring environment where the welfare of our participants is our principal concern. There will be an appropriate level of staffing at each session as recommended by the NSPCC. All staff are enhanced DBS checked and care passionately about your child’s happiness.

What are Trestle’s Child Protection Procedures?
We have a clear process for raising any safeguarding concerns that all staff members are familiar with. In the case of any concerns School of Drama staff members know to report to the designated Child Protection Officer, Helen Barnett who will seek advice from the Local Safeguarding Children’s Board on all subsequent steps to be taken. Staff will keep accurate records in connection with any child protection concerns which will be kept securely and passed on to the local authorities if required.
