Why we are asking you to complete this form
Trestle Theatre Company Ltd is committed to promoting equality and eliminating unlawful discrimination, and we are aiming to achieve diversity in the range of people we involve. However, gathering this data helps us to understand if we are involving different groups of people, and to make improvements if some groups are not represented.

All details are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
