Julienne holds a B.Sc. in Health and Exercise Science, has over 20 years experience teaching and educating students in the Pilates method and previously taught main stream exercise to music internationally.
Tuesday morning class has only LIMITED SPACES and some Pilates experience will be necessary to an intermediate level.
Wednesday evening class has more spaces available and is open to newcomers to Pilates with little or no experience of this method of exercise
