Pilates is known for strengthening your core muscles, it does more, you will find you will improve :-

  • Posture, flexibility and strength

  • Improve your mental and physical well-being

  • Reduce tension and your stress response

  • Relieve back discomfort and daily aches and pains.

Julienne holds a B.Sc. in Health and Exercise Science, has over 20 years experience teaching and educating students in the Pilates method and previously taught main stream exercise to music internationally.

Tuesday morning class has only LIMITED SPACES and some Pilates experience will be necessary to an intermediate level.
