The performance is designed to support KS4 students to understand and explore the story as part of the English Literature curriculum and KS 4/5 drama students to experience live performance.

The following workshops are available to support both:

  • Exploring the text: This workshop focuses on bringing to life the characters/themes and plot of the story and is an excellent accompaniment for English students revising for their exam.
  • Jekyll and Hyde in Performance: This workshop focuses on the dramatic techniques used in the show such as mask and physical theatre and is suitable for drama students who are exploring devised theatre/ Trestle’s renowned performance style.
  • Reviewing the Show: This is a workshop focusing on reviewing the show exploring the choices made during the directorial and design process, unmasking the characters and exploring the story within a modern context. This is suitable for drama students preparing for their live performance exam.  

COSTINGS: Show: £550*

Workshop: £250* per two hour workshop / £500* for a day’s workshop (or 2 x 2 hour workshops)
Show and Workshop Package: If booked with workshops the show is £500* and the workshops are £100* per hour (2 hours recommended workshop length)
