DANCE NOW | ACT UP | SING OUT are three fully inclusive groups based at Trestle Arts Base, where we work with local communities to spark creativity through participation.

Integrated Dance Group | Mondays, 1 pm – 2.30 pm | 16+

Summer Dates 2026

20 April - 6 July (NB: No classes on the 4 & 25 May)

Dance Now is a dance session that encourages movement of all types, for all abilities.

In each session, we will introduce and explore different dance techniques and styles from all over the globe. No experience is necessary just the desire to dance.

  • Cost: £6 per session (Carers always free)

ACT UP

This will enable the people we support to increase confidence and making friends ... (and) provide a more inclusive environment for people that wouldn’t normally want to participate in a drama group

Integrated Drama Group | Tuesdays, 1 pm - 3 pm | 16+

Summer Dates 2026

21 April - 17 July (NB: No classes on the 26 May & 2 June)

Act Up is a drama session that uses playful theatre games and exercises to encourage those who may not usually want to perform to be part of creating and delivering a show.

We believe everyone has a story to tell so join us to explore yours through playful mask work, drama games and exercises.

  • Cost: £6 per session (Carers always free)


SING OUT

Integrated Choir | Thursdays, 1 pm – 2.30 pm | 16+

Summer Dates 2026

23 April - 9 July (NB: No classes on the 28 May & 4 June)

We believe that everybody can sing, so if you want to try then please come along. Everyone is welcome!

  • Cost: £6 per session. (Carers always FREE)
