Presented by Tip of the Iceberg Theatre Company
An interactive full length performance guaranteed to entertain and educate the whole school!
Ben doesn’t like books, he prefers his computer games, his TV, his iPod touch. But all of this will change when he embarks on an amazing story adventure!
“An entertaining and amusing production – a treat the whole school will enjoy!”
Fed up with reading, Ben flings his story book aside – the pages get muddled, the characters are lost, the plot’s a jumble, the description’s a disaster. Ben becomes the hero of our story as the adventure unfolds, but he cannot reach his happy ending alone…He will need some help!
Well known characters from popular stories bring the magic of reading to life in this fast paced, fun and educational performance.
Tip of the Iceberg’s production encourages the audience to enjoy themselves, get involved and explore aspects of literacy, reading, rhyme, plot, atmosphere, character, description and more. Whether it’s making up a rap or solving a riddle, creating a missing setting, or finding a lost
“Whoever thought this up was very innovative…the acting was superb…it was a great way of looking at things…I’ve really learnt something and am inspired to find out more!”
Your school will help make this an incredible story… ‘Tip of the Iceberg’ produces performances and workshops for all ages and abilities with the ethos to ‘Involve, Inspire and Inform’. This show has been created to support the drive to improve literacy, to engage young people and to help them develop their skills and imagination.
