Trestle's new adventures in physical theatre have given rise to an expanding range of workshops. Discover different routes into physical theatre by exploring the techniques Trestle uses in devising its touring shows. Give students practical tools and innovative ideas to create and devise dynamic visual storytelling theatre.

Part One
In this introductory workshop participants will develop an awareness of physicality and space through accessible and engaging exercises.

Part Two
Building upon the skills learnt in Part One participants will explore new ways of creating physical performance, as well as establishing a more focused and disciplined approach.

Each of the above workshops run for a minimum of two hours but can be scheduled to fit in with your timetable. Participants are typically 11 years and older but please contact us to discuss provision for younger groups. If you wish to increase numbers there is a subsidy of £10 per person. All prices are per individual practitioner and exclude VAT. The recommended number of participants per workshop is 24, unless stated otherwise.

Cost: 2 - 2.5 hours: £200 / 3 hours: £265 / Day rate (or 2 x 2-2.5 hour sessions): £350 / Extra hour: £70
