Kate trained with Teatr Pieśń Kozla (Song of the Goat) in Poland on an MA underwritten by Manchester Metropolitan University. She has performed in numerous productions including Soap (Pop Up Theatre), Antigone (Song of the Goat) and Me and Billy Joe McAllister (BAC). Kate is also a core member of Dirty Market Theatre whose most recent performance was Bacchaefull at the Old Abbatoir.

Jacek trained at the Ludwik Solski State Theatre Academy in Poland and has extensive experience as a stage actor, as well as in TV and film.
Jacek has worked with the award-winning director Krystian Lupa on Unfinished Work for an Actor based on Chekov's The Seagull and The Spanish Play of Yasmina Reza, both at The Drama Theatre of the Capital City of Warsaw. As a TV and film actor he has worked with director Marek Koterski (We're All Christs) and Jan Jakub Kolski on Afonia and Bees, which will première in June 2009.
Jacek moved to London in 2007 to study at the London Music School and is now establishing his career in the UK.

Sean is a recent graduate of the East 15 Acting School in London (BA Hons Contemporary Theatre). His stage credits include Return to Sender (Scarlet Theatre) and Rough for Theatre 2 directed by Mel Churcher. Sean has worked alongside practitioners such as Ken Campbell, Phil Whelans and Joyce Henderson and also has experience in ventriloquism, clowning, puppetry, improvisation and devising.

Lenka graduated from the DAMU Theatre Academy in Prague in 1997. She has been a member of the international theatre company NiE since 2005, performing in their productions of Miramarmora (2005) and The Song of The Lost Treasures (2008) in Norway. Last year she also performed in an international site-specific theatre project by Artistas Unidos in collaboration with The Open Theatre of Oslo.

Emily is Artistic Director of Trestle. Previously at TAG Theatre Company and the Unicorn, she has worked extensively in movement and devised storytelling theatre. Emily is an ambassador for culturally diverse work in the Eastern region, leading through the example of placing diverse work at the heart of Trestle's vision. The Glass Mountain is the third in a trilogy of international collaborations that Emily has directed for Trestle.

Anna has had over 20 plays produced national and internationally including the award winning Jordan and Skin Hunger. Her opera, Push!, was produced by Tete A Tete in 2006; The Guardian described it as 'brilliant, celebratory, painful, tremendous'. Her story The Bleeding Heart won the Yeovil Prize for Short Fiction in 2007.

Loz has worked as a composer and musical director with Horse & Bamboo Theatre for several years (Harvest of Ghosts, Company of Angels and Veil) and more recently with the Royal and Derngate Theatre in Northampton (Twelfth Night, The Time of My Life, James and The Giant Peach). Katherina graduated from the Wimbledon School of Arts with a BA in Design for Performance in 2005 and has since collaborated on theatre, dance and live art projects in both the UK and in her native Bulgaria. Recent theatre and dance work includes Hungry Ghosts for Lost Dog and Veil for Horse & Bamboo.

Christopher was a principal performer with Polish theatre company Song of the Goat Theatre (Teatr Pieśń Kozla) for 7 years. His performances with the company included Chronicles and Macbeth (RSC, 2007). Recent work includes Movement Director on Penthesilea and Director of Antigone (RADA), Associate Movement Director and Fire Performer on Bird of Night (Royal Opera House) and Music and Movement Director on Jenufa at Arcola (Natural Perspective Theatre Company) of which he is an Associate Artist. Christopher is also the founder and Director of The Awake Project.

Anna-Helena trained as a classical cellist and graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London in Music and Drama. She was formerly a principal member of the internationally renowned Gardzienice Centre in Lublin directed by Wlodzimierz Staniewski and toured worldwide with the company. Recent work includes a collaboration with Christopher Sivertsen (Song of the Goat) and Peter Reynolds (NoFit State Circus) on a version of A Midsummer Night's Dream and The Awake Project directed by Christopher Sivertsen.

Oliver is currently Trestle’s Associate Director, Taking Part. Previously Youth Theatre Director at the Theatre Royal Plymouth, he is also an associate director of the National Youth Theatre and Artistic Director of Blindeye who work with human rights survivors and produce work on human rights issues at home and abroad.
