Trestle Arts Base and the Box Office are open:
Mon 9.45am - 11:30am & 3:45pm - 6.30pm
Tues 9:30am - 3pm
Wed 9:30am - 5pm
Thurs 3:45pm - 6:45pm
Sat 9am - 3pm
Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays (excluding performance days)

The Box Office is also open one hour prior to evening and weekend performances.

Booking Tickets
Tickets for performances, classes and events at Trestle Arts Base can be purchased from the Box Office by phone, or from the Box Office counter located in reception. All major credit cards accepted.

Please note that tickets purchased by phone or via our online ticket provider are subject to a £1 booking fee (per transaction).

There is no charge if tickets are brought directly from the Box Office in person.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled. Tickets returned to the Box Office may be accepted for resale if an event is sold out.

Ticket Discounts
Concessions are available to those in full-time education, senior citizens, registered unemployed and people with disabilities. Essential companions for disabled customers receive one free ticket per booking. Proof of entitlement may be required. A family ticket consists of two adults and two children. Group discounts are available for most performances.
