The Box Office is also open one hour prior to every performance.

How to Book

In Person
The Box Office is open 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays, as well as one hour prior to performances.  Mastercard, Maestro and Visa cards accepted.  A booking fee of £1 per transaction will be added to cover administration and card charges.

By Post
Please write to us with your name, address and a daytime telphone number, as well as the following information:

- Title and date of performance
- Number of tickets
- Ticket price you wish to pay

Please make your cheque payable to Trestle Theatre Company and send it to Trestle Arts Base, Russet Drive, St Albans, herts, AL4 0JQ. Please enclose an SAE for return of tickets or add 50p onto your payment.  Alternatively, you can nominate to collect your tickets from the Box Office on the day of the performance.

Reservations
Ticket reservations must be paid for within three days of booking or they will be cancelled.

Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled. Tickets returned to the box office may be accepted for resale if an event is sold out. Tickets may be exchanged in exceptional circumstances. A charge will apply for these services.

Data Protection
All booking information is protected by the Data Protection Act and will not be made available to other organisations without permission.
