Life Drawing St Albans

Join Life Drawing St.Albans, run and tutored by illustrator Bob Wright.

Classic life drawing sessions are held regularly at Trestle, creating figure studies using professional artists’ models.

All levels are welcome, from the seasoned scribbler to the novice. Life drawing is a time-honoured tradition within applied arts. It offers a fantastic opportunity to come and not only practice observational drawing skills but help develop knowledge on human proportions and anatomy. Effective visual communication is made better by representing the human figure in as believable confident a manner as possible and life drawing is an invaluable tool in helping artists grow and develop.

Boards, paper and basic supplies provided. Please feel free to bring your own materials and supplies to make the best of the session.

**Covid-19 update**

We are currently operating at reduced attendance with social distancing. Masks are mandatory unless you are exempt, we will be using sanitizing stations and the NHS tracker app to help reduce the spread of Covid-19.

Due to booking numbers being limited you can attend via live stream using Zoom. Booked at a reduced price.

  • £23.00 in-person attendance

  • £7.00 attendance via zoom.

If you would like an easel I have a number available, please message me via meetup when booking and I will make sure one is set up for you on arrival.
